What is in your Acai base?

Our acai base contains acai, strawberries, banana, and cashew milk.

What is in your Dragon base?

Our dragon base contains pitaya, strawberries, banana, coconut milk and agave.

What is in your Matcha base?

Our matcha base contains ceremonial grade matcha, pineapple, banana, mango, agave, and coconut milk.

What is in your Emerald base?

Our emerald base contains, green spirulina, mixed greens, pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk.

Is your granola gluten-free?

Our standard granola is not gluten-free.  We do offer a gluten-free option at an additional cost.

Is your granola nut-free?

Yes! Our regular granola and our gluten-free granola both contain no nuts.

Is your granola vegan?

Yes! Both of our granola options are vegan and contains no honey.

Do your bases contain nuts?

Yes. Our acai base contains cashew milk. Our dragon, matcha-chia, and emerald bases contain coconut milk.  If you have an allergy, we are able to substitute for either cashew or coconut milk. 

Is your cafe organic?

While some of our ingredients are indeed organic, we do typically use conventional fruit for our toppings and bases. 

Is the acai you use organic?

Yes! Our acai packs are USDA organic, wild grown and harvested, gluten-free, dairy-free, and GMO-free. 

Does Palm Acai use compostable containers?

Yup! Since we opened, we have been committed to using only compostable materials for our packaging.  Our bowls, cups, lids, and spoons all all 100% compostable. 

Can I order online?

Is Palm Acai dog friendly?

While we do love animals, the health department does not permit animals inside of our cafe, unless they are service animals.

Do you offer refunds on online orders?

We offer refunds on orders only if we have made a mistake. Customers are advised to check their orders before purchasing. Palm Acai is not responsible for orders that are not picked up. We do not offer refunds or remakes on orders that are not picked up the day of purchase.  Orders will not be held overnight for next day pickup under any circumstances.
